We recommend that you do not submit any new loan application because every new application is registered with the Central Credit Bureau (ZEK). The ZEK also provides information on whether your application was approved or denied. In this way, banks are familiar with your credit behaviour – that is, your credit history.
If you apply to different banks at the same time, it may significantly affect the chances of your loan being approved.
The required identification documents are missing
To be able to offer you a non-binding credit proposal, we need proof of your income and a valid ID for the protection of your identity Please send us the following documents:
Required Documents
- Photocopy of your ID card (both sides) or residence permit (for foreign nationals)
- New! Proof of rent
For the proof of rent:
- Letter of rent change.
or - Current debit note of the rent from the bank account (your name must be visible)
or - Copy of your tenancy agreement (not older than one year)
